Position: Solutions Architect (Artificial Intelligence)
Location: Oslo, Norway

We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect with a strong passion for AI technologies to join our clients team on a hybrid basis in Oslo, Norway. As a Solutions Architect, you'll collaborate closely with our clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes, leveraging advanced AI testing and assurance platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with customers to understand their AI systems and requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into design solutions using our AI testing and assurance platform, addressing client needs around AI safety, testing, and assurance.
• Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to integrate our tools into clients' MLOps workflows.
• Lead the deployment of our solutions, ensuring they meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Test and prepare the product for deployment, addressing customer questions and adjusting delivery if necessary.
• Handle customer issues and provide technical leadership and guidance on AI safety, security, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and safety research to enhance our offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in AI/ML projects, with expertise in cloud deployments.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, MLOps, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with containers and orchestration systems such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for AI safety and ethics.

Ideal Experience:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go.
• Experience designing and delivering complex AI solutions.
• Familiarity with service-led product delivery business models.
