As a Solution/Enterprise IT Architect, you will be responsible for translating business needs into high-level technical strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall IT roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design and implement robust, scalable, and innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive IT architecture blueprints and roadmaps that align with business objectives.

• Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Design end-to-end solutions that address technical, functional, and security requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during implementation phases.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommend suitable adoption strategies.

• Ensure architecture compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect

• Expertise in designing solutions using a wide range of technologies

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus.

• Must speak fluent Norwegian and be a Citizen of Norway
