In this role as a Solution Consultant you would support customers locally or remotely with ServiceNow-based customer implementations. You would transform business requirements into a solution design, represent your design to the customer, and expand the design to be implemented by a technical team. Also, you would support presales activities to showcase the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

Skills and experience:
• Experience as a technical consultant or business analyst for ITSM solutions
• Very good language skills in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel (Europe)
• Independent, highly motivated and structured working method with high quality awareness
• Continuous willingness to learn and ability to work across multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
