Role:
Our client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Architect to spearhead captivating IT Service Management (ITSM) & Service Excellence transformations. This role is ideal for candidates with consulting expertise or those embedded within end-user businesses, boasting substantial knowledge of IT Service Management software. To excel, candidates must showcase a track record of at least 3 successful projects involving ServiceNow implementation and configuration. Critical to this position is the ability to serve as both a technical project manager and a solution architect for ServiceNow implementation endeavours.
