Our esteemed client, a globally renowned consultancy, is currently seeking a proficient individual to join their esteemed and dynamic team as a ServiceNow Architect, situated in Cologne. As a distinguished 'Global Strategic Partner' of ServiceNow, this organization is experiencing rapid expansion.

Position Overview:
The position entails assuming the role of a ServiceNow Architect, with critical responsibilities encompassing the leadership of transformative IT Service Management (ITSM) & Service Excellence initiatives of considerable significance. This opportunity is ideally suited for candidates possessing experience in consultancy or a strong proficiency in IT Service Management software within end-user enterprises.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a track record of involvement in a minimum of three projects encompassing ServiceNow implementation/configuration. Proficiency in assuming the roles of technical project manager and solution architect for ServiceNow implementation projects is imperative for success in this role.

Required skills:

• You can configure and implement ServiceNow.
• You are a manager who can take responsibility for a project and technical solution, as well as a group of people working with ServiceNow.
• You have experience that combines general consultancy skills as an advisor and a cutting edge expertise in technology.
• You have a real interest in working at the intersection of IT and business.
• Experience from at least 3 projects with implementation / configuration of ServiceNow.
• Ability and competence to act as technical project manager and solution architect for ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Either consulting experience or strong understanding of ITSM gained within an organisation for internal purposes.
• German Native (Language)
