• + 2 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Technical hands-on experience e.g. JavaScript.
• Ability to work in a customer facing environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL & ServiceNow certifications (Desired but not essential).
• Professional level Dutch & English is essential.
