We are currently seeking a proficient Senior Generative AI Engineer to become an integral part of our esteemed client's dynamic team situated in Trondheim. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional adept in leading-edge AI technologies, notably Microsoft CoPilot, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft's suite of products, including Power Virtual Agents (PVA), Power Platform, and Power Automate.
In the capacity of Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will assume a pivotal role in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of AI project lifecycle, as well as spearheading initiatives aimed at the seamless integration of AI technologies into organizational workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Generative AI Models: Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on involvement with generative AI models, notably Microsoft CoPilot.
- Mastery of Microsoft Power Platform: Strong command over utilizing and melding various Microsoft Power Platform elements (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
- AI/ML Frameworks Experience: Sound familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
- Proficient Programming Skills: Competence in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other pertinent languages utilized in AI development.
- Data Analysis and Modelling: Capability to execute intricate data analysis, modelling, and manipulation tasks.
- Effective Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and devise innovative AI solutions.
- Project Management: Proven track record in overseeing AI projects from inception to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Product Certifications: Holding certifications in Microsoft CoPilot, Power Platform, or related domains.
- Cloud Technologies Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- UI/UX Design Skills: Competency in UI/UX design, particularly geared towards AI-driven applications.
- Industry Experience: Previous involvement in [relevant industry] is advantageous.
