Working closely alongside development, operations, and quality assurance teams, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the smooth deployment, operation, and monitoring of their applications.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients essential infrastructure and systems, spanning cloud-based platforms, databases, networking, and security measures.
- Partner with development teams to optimize application deployment through robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and meticulous release management.
- Drive efficiency and scalability enhancements through the development and implementation of automation scripts, tools, and processes.
- Offer mentorship and technical leadership to junior members of the agile DevOps team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and champion DevOps best practices across our clients ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions and IIoT.
- Demonstrate proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Showcase expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management methodologies.
- Exhibit adeptness in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Have practical experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Possess a solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring principles.
