Role Overview:
In this engaging role as a Salesforce Developer within this dynamic boutique, you will take on a pivotal responsibility in deploying, customizing, and continually maintaining their Salesforce platform. Through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service units, you will ensure they have access to state-of-the-art tools for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor and configure Salesforce to meet diverse departmental requirements.

• Establish and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.

• Craft and maintain automation processes utilizing workflows, process builder, and flows.

• Conceptualize and execute reports and dashboards for insightful sales and marketing analytics.

• Support data migration, cleansing, and quality enhancement initiatives.

• Deliver user training and assistance, resolving Salesforce-related issues promptly.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and recommend process enhancements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferably holds Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementation and customization.

• Proficient in leveraging Salesforce automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows).

• Skilled in creating bespoke reports and dashboards.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude.

• Capable of thriving both independently and within a team.

• Enthusiastic about staying updated on Salesforce advancements and industry trends.
