Summary of Role:
In this captivating position as a Salesforce Developer within this dynamic boutique, you will assume a crucial role in deploying, customizing, and consistently maintaining their Salesforce platform. By closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service departments, you will guarantee they have access to cutting-edge tools for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor and configure Salesforce to meet diverse departmental requirements.
• Establish and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Craft and maintain automation processes utilizing workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Conceptualize and execute reports and dashboards for insightful sales and marketing analytics.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Deliver user training and assistance, resolving Salesforce-related issues promptly.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and recommend process enhancements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably holds Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementation and customization.
• Proficient in leveraging Salesforce automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows).
• Skilled in creating bespoke reports and dashboards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude.
