Salesforce Developer - Hamburg

In the role of Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in executing, customizing, and maintaining our clients customers' Salesforce platform. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments, you will ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and support to achieve excellence.


Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of different departments.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
• Provide user training and support, addressing and resolving Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows).
• Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to stay current on Salesforce updates and industry trends.
