As a Salesforce Developer within this thriving firm, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of their Salesforce platform. Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, you will ensure they have access to state-of-the-art tools to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the diverse requirements of various departments within the organization.
• Design, implement, and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain automation processes leveraging workflows, process builder, and flows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conceptualize, build, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide valuable sales and marketing analytics.
• Support data migration initiatives, ensuring data cleanliness and quality adherence.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide timely assistance, resolving Salesforce-related issues effectively.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and implement comprehensive solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and recommend process improvements to drive continuous optimization.

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Holding a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Proficient in leveraging Salesforce automation tools, including workflow rules, process builder, and flows.
• Skilled in creating tailored reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities to tackle complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
