Summary of Role:
In this compelling position as a Salesforce Developer within this vibrant boutique, you will assume a key role in the deployment, customization, and ongoing maintenance of their Salesforce platform. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments, you will ensure they are equipped with advanced tools for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor and configure Salesforce to meet diverse departmental requirements.
• Establish and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Craft and maintain automation processes utilizing workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Conceptualize and execute reports and dashboards for insightful sales and marketing analytics.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Deliver user training and assistance, resolving Salesforce-related issues promptly.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and recommend process enhancements.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably holds Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce implementation and customization.
• Proficient in leveraging Salesforce automation tools (workflow rules, process builder, flows).
• Skilled in creating bespoke reports and dashboards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude.
