Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define CRM strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Implementation and Customization: Oversee the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring it meets the organization's unique requirements and delivers maximum value.
- Integration: Drive the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications to create a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for end-users and team members to maximize the utilization of the CRM system.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of industry best practices and emerging trends to continually enhance the CRM system and associated processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Fluent Swedish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
