• Project Leadership: Lead consulting projects to meet client objectives.

• Team Oversight: Guide and support consulting teams for high performance.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic plans aligned with client goals.

• Client Solutions: Develop effective solutions for client challenges.

• Financial Management: Oversee project budgets for profitability.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities for client expansion.

• Risk Management: Mitigate project risks and ensure compliance.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives within the team.

• Knowledge Sharing: Encourage collaboration and mentorship.

• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service delivery for client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields e.g. information technology.

• 2+ years managing consulting experience.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

• Experience with IT Strategy, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Advisory.

• Technical knowledge around company specialities for example - Cloud, Data, Networks & Security or IT Architecture.
