Role:

My client is looking for individuals who are happy to be in a customer facing role, working on exciting and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools such as BMC, Cherwell or HP.

Skills & experience:

• Hands-on experience working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow, BMC or HP.
• Technical experience e.g. JavaScript will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of ITIL is beneficial
• Professional English & German required. 
• Strong interpersonal skills
