Key Qualifications:
- Comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical implementation experience with generative AI models, with a particular specialization in Microsoft's CoPilot solution.
- Profound proficiency in leveraging Microsoft's AI product ecosystem, including Power Virtual Agents (PVA), Power Platform, Power Automate, and the ability to effectively orchestrate these components.
- Extensive expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks, libraries, tooling, and development practices essential to the engineering role.
- Expert-level programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages utilized for AI development.
- Proven leadership experience in managing AI projects from concept through to successful production deployment.
Preferred Credentials/Experience:
- Possession of certifications in Microsoft CoPilot, Power Platform, or related AI domains is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Substantial industry experience in an AI engineering, development, or architecture capacity.
