Position: AI Solutions Architect

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with customers to achieve their desired outcomes, leveraging cutting-edge AI testing and assurance platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with customers to comprehend their AI systems and unique requirements.
• Translate customer needs into design solutions using advanced AI testing and assurance platforms, addressing AI safety, testing, and assurance concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI tools into clients' MLOps workflows seamlessly.
• Lead the deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they meet security, performance, and scalability benchmarks.
• Conduct product testing and prepare for deployment, addressing customer queries and refining delivery as needed.
• Handle customer issues promptly and provide technical leadership and guidance on AI safety, security, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and safety research to enhance our offerings continually.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in AI/ML projects, with expertise in cloud deployments.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, MLOps, and software architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration systems like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine passion for AI safety and ethics.

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go.
• Experience in designing and delivering complex AI solutions.
• Familiarity with service-led product delivery business models.
