Role: As the ServiceNow Consultant you will be responsible for working with clients who are going through complex ITSM transformations. You will partner with these Enterprise level customers from and end-to-end perspective and lead them through the adoption and delivery of ITSM engagements. Required Skills: Required skills: Proven experience in ITSM Solutions (ServiceNow (preferred) but will also consider BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, CA Service Desk) Experience in providing solution consultancy or involvement in an ITSM transformation Experience of dealing with Senior Stakeholders both internally and externally Fluency in German and English Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
