Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and industry trends.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and advancements to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, with a focus on HCM, Compensation, or Integration modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration and implementation methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
• Workday certification is a plus.
• Must be located in Italy!!
