Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, leveraging your expertise to drive successful ServiceNow implementation projects. Whether you excel in development or as a technical point of contact for customers, we're looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow projects from a hands-on perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Explore opportunities to diversify skills among other technologies, including Atlassian and USU.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German with strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, with a technical focus.
• Proficiency in ITIL, AGILE process management, and/or DevOps methodologies preferred.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development.
