- Advising customers on the introduction of ServiceNow.
- Conception and documentation of technical solutions.
- Implementation of customer requirements on ServiceNow.
- Experience and knowledge on ServiceNow from a technical or process perspective.
- ITIL experience (ITIL Foundation is an advantage)
- Experience in the conception or implementation of IT service management solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English knowledge is essential; Danish is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
