Our client is a global IT services provider within the healthcare industry. Due to continued success, they are seeking a ServiceNow Architect & Team Leader to join their fantastic team in Frankfurt, Germany.
Manage the constant progression and extension of the company’s ServiceNow ITSM Portal.
- Lead the conception, definition, design & implementation of processes for the ServiceNow tool.
- Technical and functional training to internal stakeholders on the architecture and capabilities of the ITSM solution.
- Lead and support internal and external project members (consultants, developers).
- External service provider partner management.
- 5+ years’ experience on IT service management projects.
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow.
- Very good communication skills and high customer orientation combined with great commitment, resilience and teamwork.
- Fluent English written & oral skills is essential, and German is an advantage (You must at least be willing to learn German).
