Role:

You will be a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, working as either a Functional/Process Consultant or a Technical Consultant as either a Module Specialist or Generalist. A Process Consultant's role would involve the process and implementation of the tool, leading workshops, gathering customer requirements and advising customers on solutions. While a Technical consulant's role would involve configuration, customisation, scripting and general implementation.

The role itself requires consulting experience or end-user experience implementing SuccesssFactors, SAP HCM or similar cloud based HR applications.

Our client is accepting applicants at a variety of levels. So whether you have 6 months or 5 years experience with implementing SuccessFactors, they will tailor the role, salary and training to your experience.

Requirements and must haves:

• Fluent Fluent German and English.
• Relevant HCM Implementation experience.
• Ability to implement, configure or customise HR tools, such as: Workday, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow HR.
• Consulting experience or hands-on experience with implementing HR tools inhouse.
•  A genuine passion and enthusiasm for their work within IT and business.
• Comfortable working with colleagues and customers to achieve a successful project.
