Salesforce Project Manager - Service Cloud | Location: Frankfurt | Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid

We are currently representing a fantastic Multinational organization that are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Salesforce (preferably Service Cloud) for their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with their clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with their technical team to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lighting

• Provide support and training to clients as needed.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Salesforce Service Cloud

• Experience working with Field Service Lighting preferred.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Fluent in German and English

• Salesforce certifications preferred.
